This is the amp-meter out of my van. It overheated and stopped working, you can see the discoloration on the right connection post in the back, as well as the black ring of melted rubber from one of the insulators that melted down. The gague faced upwards, and got so hot that the orange needle even drooped! (Notice the curve!) Something in the van draws a LOT of power... ;) hehehehe
