The new motor from the ghetto is slightly larger than the old motor from the Numark and as such, it's pins would not line up with the holes in the circuit board. What I did instead was mount the motor to the frame of the tray and then removed the part of the circuit board that previously connected the old motor. Then as you can see in the image, I soldered two wires from the connection block directly to the pins of the motor, providing it with the power it needs to operate. The result: Success.
