The main problem with the furnace had not been the fan though, it was that the furnace itself kept going out after a few seconds of being lit. Once I took it apart, the reason for this became clear. The air mixer was so full of sediment, its amazing any propane got through it at all! What was happening was that propane was being shot into the mixer, but kept comming out because of all the sediment. It would build up in the bottom of the chamber until it got close enough to a flame, and then, "BOOM!" The furnace would blow itself out! I removed the air mixer and cleaned it all out, and then used a straw to clean the mixer on the pilot light. As you can see, its working fine now.
