While this may appear to be just another gas pump, take note of the order in which the fuels appear: First is not the low grade as one might expect, but rather the mid grade gasoline. Second is the low grade, denoted by the white background, followed by the high grade gas, as indicated by the red. To the casual filler-upper, the tendency is to hit the button closest to the left and fill the vehicle. You'll note there is not a great deal of variance in colors between the mid and the low, to add to the deception. I wonder how many people have filled up their vehicles with mid grade gasoline and never thought twice?
