Nick gave me his X-Box which had suddenly stopped working one day to see if I could repair it. As it turned out, we simply replaced the power supply and all was well, but I looked into the old one to see if I could find out what caused it to fail in the first place. What I found was evidence of a blast from something, but the source of the explosion was not clear.
You can see where the hole is that something sparked and left burn marks around it.
